Competence

I have held several key finance and management positions throughout my 15 year career in the real estate and related services industry. A graduate of Crossland High School in Temple Hills, MD, I hold a B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, University College. I received my CPA Certification in the state of Virginia in 1994. My strong finance background and industry experience make me uniquely suited to provide in-depth comparative analyses of multiple loan options and to structure complex transactions, particularly for self-employed and high income/net worth individuals.


Commitment

Whether you have squeaky clean credit or a history of credit problems, I am committed to exploring every option available to my clients. I will leave no stone unturned in an attempt to find the loan product that best suits your needs. With literally hundreds of different loan products on the market these days, most borrowers are never even aware of certain potentially attractive options. This is because their loan officer either did not know about other programs or did not want to take the time to explain all of their options. I know my product line and will give you all of the information necessary to make a clear and fully informed decision in your best interest.


Character


       I am guided by 3 principles as I work with my clients:
  1. Care for the Client - Always act in their best interest.
  2. Communication is Critical - Always be there for the client. Be accessible and provide frequent, consistent updates. Attend settlement.
  3. Create Lifetime Relationships - Treat each client's loan with the same level of care and concern as if it were my own.
